About Me

GF Cook
Atlanta, Georgia, United States
I was raised in the kitchen of my family-owned restaurant. I love food! In 2007, I discovered I have celiac disease which requires me to follow a strict gluten-free diet. Celiac has also caused lactose intolerance so I've eliminated all dairy in my diet. I've been a vegetarian for over 20 years. Since my diagnosis, I've been having fun in the kitchen, learning new recipes and new ways to cook. I hope this blog helps others following a gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian diet. There's hope! - there are some amazing meals you can make even with these dietary restrictions.
