Arugula and Tomatoes

1 bunch of arugula
2 medium sized tomatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil

Heat the oil in skillet.

Cut the tomatoes in bite sized pieces and add to the oil. Cook for about 3 minutes.

Add arugula and cook for about another 5 minutes

Seasoning with a little sea salt.
